Moohwan Kim

Moohwan Kim is the Executive Vice President and Head of Green Division of SK Inc., a holding company of SK Group, responsible for SK’s investment and corporate development activities across all decarbonization sectors including energy transition, industrial decarbonization, carbon management solutions, and innovative digital technologies as well as infrastructure including artificial intelligence, web3, mobility, software platform and data center, and logistics.

He oversees an investment portfolio of $2.5 billion in various asset class, including: Plug Power (Hydrogen); TerraPower (SMR); Monolith Materials (Hydrogen); Fulcrum Bioenergy (W-t-E); Lunar Energy (ESS); Atom Power (EV Charging); Perfect Day and Nature’s Fynd (Alternative Protein); Ecosecurities(Voluntary Carbon Credit); SoCar (Car Sharing); ESR (Logistics); Grab (Mobility); Chin Data Group (Datacenter); Geminus AI (AI); Swift Navigation, and A4x (Web3), with several venture funds as related to climate solution and deep tech. Also, he has served as a board member of multiple portfolio companies such as SK E&S, Lunar Energy, Perfect Day, and Ecosecurities.

Prior to his work at SK Inc., Moohwan has held various leadership positions in corporate development & investment, corporate strategy, executive management support, and marketing strategy from various SK Group companies. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Seoul National University.
